My brother, Bill, signed up for a gym membership today--and I got a free month for referring him! Can't beat that. Actually, neither of us care as much about free months as we do about finally making the commitment to lose some weight and get into better shape.
I've been faithfully going to the gym every day except Sunday. I'm starting to feel better, and I'm starting to--slowly--lose some weight. My suit felt just a little looser last Sunday. I look forward to increased looseness as the days and months go by. In the meantime, my focus remains on going to the gym every day and trying to eat a little better than I was before. If I consistently do those things the other things will take care of themselves.
